2024-2025 school year Registration is now open for all Students starting April 15, 2024!
All Returning Students must complete the online registration in Ascender Parent Portal every school year. Login to the CISD Parent Portal. Enter your username and password. If you need help accessing your account, please call 512-856-2424 or email jlarson@couplandisd.org
“New” Students to CISD, please visit the Ascender Parent Portal to begin the registration process. You will need to create an account, verify your email and complete New Student Enrollment. If you need assistance, please contact the office 512-856-2424.
"New Transfer" Students, please complete a Transfer Form and email completed transfer forms to registrar@couplandisd.org or return hard copies to front office. Then, please visit the Ascender Parent Portal to continue the registration process. After the online portion is complete, please contact the office 512-856-2424 and they will give you further directions on how to complete the registration process. Your transfer must have principal approval before your enrollment is complete.
You will need to have the following documents:
Proof of Residency (also required for returning students who need to update their address)
Immunization Records – (Must provide proof of current immunization compliance)
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Academic Records
Enrolling person’s driver’s license or ID card
Valid email address and phone number
Proof of eligibility for PK4 is listed below:
4 years of age on or before September 1, 2024 and meet at least one of the following eligibility requirements:
is unable to speak and comprehend the English language; or
is educationally disadvantaged (which means a student eligible to participate in the national free or reduced-price lunch program; or
is homeless, as defined by 42 U.S.C. Section 1143a, regardless of the residence of the child, of either parent of the child, or of the child's guardian or other person having lawful control of the child; or
is the child of an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States, including the state military forces or a reserve component of the armed forces, who is ordered to active duty by proper authority; or
is the child of a member of the armed forces of the United States, including the state military forces or a reserve component of the armed forces, who was injured or killed while serving on active duty; or
is or ever has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services (foster care) following an adversary hearing held as provided by Section 262.201, Family Code; or
is the child of a person eligible for the Star of Texas Award as: a peace officer under Section 3106.002, Government Code; a firefighter under Section 3106.003, Government Code; or an emergency medical first responder under Section 3106.004, Government Code.
